While visiting Shakumbari Devi Shrine in Saharanpur, U.P., India, we stopped for a quick meal at a restaurant.
The 'restaurant' was in fact a hut made of bamboos, grass and tarpoline.
This old women seemed to me the owner of that 'restaurant' which provides the superhit food of Kadhi-chaawal (Kadhi is a favourite veg. dish in India - a preparation using fat-free, water-like curd and gram flour as a main ingredient) and 'chaawal' is Hindi for rice.
Instead of my regular DSLR camera, I had taken with me Canon SX 110 IS compact digicam so as to test its capabilities.
After placing order for Kadhi-chaawal, I sat on a folding chair and then only I noticed this woman-owner-in charge of that establishment.
I zoomed in to get her close-up while she was wondering as to why I wanted her photograph!
I took three-four pictures but I liked it the most.
It was a very dimly lit restaurant even during daylight so I notice some noise in the picture.
It is not as sharp as I would have preferred it to be. But how do people about it?
